Marriage
Requirements

• Need oral verification of religion
• If Bride is a Muslim and this is her first marriage, her father should be present at the time of the engagement.  If father is unable to attend then oral verification or in the last alternative a written verification of consent to the marriage
• If this is the Bride’s 2nd marriage; a divorce certificate is required.
• Need valid government issued I.D card i.e. drivers’ license, passport. greencard

Civil Marriage:

• Must be a valid i.e. not expired
• Need Muslim Marriage certificate if not preformed at the ICA
• Need valid government issued I.D card i.e. drivers’ license, passport. greencard

IMPORTANT REQUIRMENTS:

• All documents are to be picked-up during business hours (9-5) only.
• Certificates will only be given to bride or groom
• In case certificate are to be picked up by a family member, we need a bride or groom approval and Release papers must be signed before any pick up.
